One of the newest additions to the RiNo district is also one of the best – Improper City is a truly impressive beer garden, food truck park and event space that has made huge waves in the neighborhood. Once an HVAC shop, the space was converted into Improper City with the help of J&R Electric, who also installed all new electrical, lighting and power systems for the business.
